The mother of all food events, Taste of Atlanta returns to Atlantic Station on October 13-14 from 11Am-6PM. This year’s outdoor festival includes over 70 of the best restaurants in the city. These restaurants will be preparing and presenting their specialties in taste-size samples for everyone to savor. Food items cost from 1 to 3 Taste Coupons. Taste Coupons can be purchased onsite in 5 or 10 increments and cost $5 or $10 respectively. This is a great opportunity to try a restaurant without having to shell out major bucks. Notable participants include Emeril’s, City Grill, Roy’s and many more.

As usual there will be celebrity chefs making appearances and cooking demos all throughout the weekend. Slated to appear are Ted Allen (Queer Eye), Chef Rocco DiSpirito (The Restaurant tv series), and Julia Williams (Hell’s Kitchen contestant). Other happenings include TOA Wine Experience presented by Robert Mondavi Private Selection that will be held at Ten Pin Alley, real-time paintings by talented New Orleans artist Frenchy, and live entertainment.

Taste of Atlanta started in 2001 as a vehicle for people to try many different restaurants all in one place. Tickets prices are as follows:

General Admission Ticket:

• $25 Advance or $35 Day of Event
  (Includes 10 Taste Coupons)

VIP Ticket:

• $50 Advance or $60 Day of Event
  (Includes 20 Taste Coupons, VIP access into the Wine Experience at Ten Pin Alley, and the first 500 people to arrive at the event each day will receive a Taste of Atlanta gift bag.)
