The ring is included. The wedding is not included. The Proposal Package at the Hotel Indigo is available through Feb. 16. Reservations, however must be made five days in advance. Hotel Indigo is a luxury hotel located in 12 cities in the U.S. There are apparently, 60 future locations planned. Thank goodness that the Brasstown Valley Resort was so beautiful, that even a whiny, high maintenance, complaining date couldn’t spoil my vacation. So, Brasstown Valley earns a thumbs up from me. Singles can relax and unwind. Couples, I imagine, can snuggle near the gigantic fireplace in the main lodge and share kisses in the heated pool or the hot tub.

I ended up reading my book and drinking hot chocolate while sitting in a big overstuffed chair in the main lodge. I remember that the book was awesome. I don’t know where my date went. Oh well.

If you are planning to go to Brasstown Valley for Valentine’s day, rates start at $160.50 per night for accommodations for two, including champagne and chocolates when you arrive and breakfast in the dining room. For $30 more, you can get a fireplace or valley view room upgrade. Hopefully, you won’t need to pack a good book just in case your date starts trippin’.

The resort is two hours from Atlanta in the Blue Ridge Mountains of North Georgia.

Post from: The Atlanta Traveler

Atlanta’s Romantic Bed and Breakfast Retreats

Lodging

Atlanta

bed and breakfast

hotel

romance

romantic

vacation

Valentine's Day

There’s nothing like a stay at cozy bed and breakfast for heating up a romantic night.
