Visit Zoo Atlanta
As the saying goes, there is plenty to see and to do at the zoo. As the weather warms up, it’s time to get out the house and explore some of the wonderful outdoor attractions in and around Atlanta. If you are visiting or new to the city, don’t miss stopping by the zoo. Your children will love the experience, and you will appreciate seeing the variety of animals that the zoo has to offer.
The Zoo Atlanta is open every day except for Christmas and Thanksgiving. The zoo is open from 9:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., but the ticket booths close at 4:30 p.m.

That’s one friendly-looking primate.
Yep! Too cute. I wouldn’t try to cuddle, though. Probably squash me.
Simply gorgeous! I’d love to visit there, but I often feel a bit sadness visiting Zoo’s. I want the animals to be free….
As my little nephew (who lives in Atlanta) is getting older he is appreciating the zoo more and more. I can’t wait to hit the zoo again this spring!
