Viking School Free Cooking Demos
The Viking Cooking School is offering free cooking demos as part of their Taste of Viking series. Taste of Viking allows you to sample their cooking school, teaching methods, and facilities. Free demos are offered regularly. This month the school is offering Taste of Barbados which will showcase Baja-inspired food prepared by Barbadian chefs.
Dates and times are as follows:
- Sunday, September 16 — 12:00PM-2:00PM and 4:00PM-6:00PM
- Sunday, September 23 — 12:00PM-2:00PM and 4:00PM-6:00PM
The Viking School is a state-of-the-art cooking facility. There is a demo stage with theater-style seating used for cooking demonstrations and a main kitchen where hands-on classes are held. The main kitchen has 4 stations. Each station (identical to each other) is a mini-kitchen complete with a range-oven combo, kitchen tools, appliances, and a set of pots/pans. Teams of no more than 4 students are assigned to a station.
